Kelly Stanners has been with 1st Palmerston as a Cub Pack Scouter since 2016. When Kelly joined 1st Palmerston, she started out as an assistant Scouter and then in 2017, took over as Akela (Contact Scouter) for the Pack.
Since then Kelly has continued as Contact Scouter for the Cub Pack, and in November of 2019, she also became Contact Scouter for the Beaver Colony.
